The two bedroom, two living rooms with the kitchens and two bathrooms, Villa Maria, with capacity for up to 6 people is situated in Šilo, island Krk, with sea view, on peaceful location,but close to sea, beaches and city center. Villa has two sea orientated teraces in shade.
It is surrounded with 800 m2 of private green garden with a built-in barbecue, the parking yard and a garage for your car.
It is ideal place for a family, or two smaller families or group of friends.

Das Ferienhaus ist genau, wie von den Gastgebern beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Ort, wo man alles findet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die obere Terrasse(vor allem abends), von der man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und das gegenüberliegende Crikvenica hat. Die Gastgeber sind unheimlich freundlich und waren immer für uns erreichbar. 100% empfehlenswert!

la casa è esattamente come viene descritta spaziosa pulita in posizione tranquilla. sono andata con la mia mamma di 90 anni si è trovata benissimo specialmente il terrazzo con vista mare il mio cane ha apprezzato il bel giardino completamente recintato. parlando solo italiano è venuto ad accoglierci Giacomo il papà di Ivan persona stupenda attenta a ogni nostra esigenza per esempio nonostante che la casa fosse fornita di coperte il primo giorno aveva appena piovuto era più fresco quindi si è presentato con altre coperte in caso avessimo freddo. consiglio caldamente questo alloggio ci siamo trovati benissimo

We travelled as a family of 5. First, we would like to thank Family Smid for the great stay. The appartment looks exactly like on the pictures on Airbnb. The communication was very easy, Ivan responded very quickly and gave us also tipps for entering Croatia (due to Covid19) and when we arrived he was always ready to give us any information that we demanded. The house was properly cleaned and a earlier check in was also possible. The house was located almost at the beach and had e great view. Finally, again thank you very much for the stay ! We would choose the house at any time.

A wonderful house equipped with everything we needed, really just a short stroll from the various beaches, shops and restaurants. Of we didn’t go out we had lunch or dinner on the terrasse in the shade with a splendid view of the sea. The surrounding area is very quiet, a perfect place to relax.

It's a really nice property located in an excellent spot. The street is quiet and safe and five minutes walk away from the sea. There's also another really pretty beach only 10 minutes drive away which we went to quite a few times. A really well-stocked supermarket is only five minutes walk away so it's really convenient for families. There is a lot of living space so it's really nice to relax. And the kids were happy with the Wi-Fi On top of that the view is fantastic. My family really enjoyed staying there and will probably do so again. We had excellent communication with the hosts and they were there waiting for us when we arrived. They explained everything really clearly (their English is excellent) and were available throughout our stay if we had any issues (which we didn't). Lastly, there is a garage with an automatic door which I used every day to ensure the car was out of the sun and fairly cool when we set out to explore each morning. I would thoroughly recommend it to both families and couples alike..
